RETURNS POLICY

 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE POLICY

Products are NON REFUNDABLE 


IF THE INCORRECT LENSES ARE SENT:  We will replace the item ONLY if the lens containers are UNOPENED with NO DAMAGE & THE ORIGINAL SEAL MUST BE ON. You will only receive your exchange/refund upon receipt of the sealed & unopened item.

We will not refund for lenses that are damaged due to improper handling & lens care eg if the lens splits.  Lenses are factory sealed & quality checked by us before sending. All lenses should be inspected from the outer packaging prior to opening in order to identify any damage. Lenses are clearly visible from the packaging. We shall only replace the defective lens with the exact same colour/model.Before returning, please contact us at: luxurylensestore@gmail.com. Returns should be sent once authorised by us within 14 days of receiving your parcel We will only refund the cost to return the item if it is sent back using 1st/2nd Class Signed For Service (Not Special Delivery or other courier services) For International orders please contact us.

Please email us the tracking number & a contact no. & your name, address & Order Number so that your parcel can be easily located by our returns department. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’

DAMAGED PARCELS: Where a parcel is damaged & you have signed for the item YOU ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR THAT DAMAGE. WE ADVISE TO NOT SIGN FOR  IT AS WE WILL NOT REFUND THESE ITEMS.

UNCLAIMED GOODS
: If a package is unclaimed & returned back us you must pay the postage cost for us to re-send the item. If we refund the item we will charge a Handling fee of £5 (UK orders) & £10 for international orders. **THE ITEM MUST BE UNDAMAGED AND IN A SALEABLE CONDITION** 

WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND:
  We cannot issue a refund simply based on you changing your mind on what lenses you want to purchase. Please decide carefully before placing your order. Colour contact lenses can vary person to person, they may not always appear exactly as shown in the image as it all depends on your individual eye colour. We offer no refund on any items that are on pre-order. Please read the product description carefully as all timescales are stated clearly in the listings. If you have any complaints, please contact us so we can deal with your query promptly & efficiently. Please allow us the opportunity to put things right if necessary before leaving feedback.
